Deport me!
Now that all my tests were clear, I can pretty much be assured that I won't be needing any chemo in the near future. So tomorrow (Wednesday) I get this ugly portacath removed.

Writings of a teachermom, choosing to stay home with her kids, while loathing all domestic responsibilities! In late Aug. 2008, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative breast cancer. After surgery, chemo and radiation, I was given theall clear. However, in the late summer of 2008, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, which metasticized to other areas.

Sending good thoughts your way for your
deportification tomorrow. It will be good to take that out.
Oh, good for you! My port isn't as pronounced as yours (I have a LOT more fat to hide it in!) :)
It's definitely another step complete - kudos to you! And, you are SO lucky to have an early a.m. surgery!!!! Yah!
